History
Wilkinson Design+Construction (WDC) was founded in San Francisco, California in 1989 by Pav Wilkinson. Since its inception, WDC has evolved into an award-winning residential construction remodeling company. WDC’s trademark is its ability to synthesize contemporary living requirements with regional architectural aesthetics. WDC’s projects vary from historic houses to more contemporary and modern residences, including “green” remodels.
In 2003, after 14 years on the West Coast, WDC relocated to Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where the aging housing stock was ripe for renovating. WDC enthusiastically embraced the local scene, joining Habitat for Humanity, the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod, and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). WDC quickly won friends, and its projects soon caught the attention of the local media.
In 2009, WDC returned to California and the San Francisco Bay Area. Since arriving, WDC has worked on numerous projects, big and small, ranging from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full-scale house construction remodels, foundation replacements and structural upgrades.
