Design Team Board for Habitat for Humanity – Cape Cod
As a member of the Design Team, I was actively involved in designing new homes & developments to help bring affordable housing to Cape Cod. I worked with various town planners & donation property owners to meet the needs of families who were homeless. Additionally, I often volunteered on build days at various sites through out my time on Cape Cod to provide assitance during all phases of the projects.
Volunteer for Rebuilding Together – San Francisco
Rebuilding Together strengthens the lives of our most vulnerable communities by providing low-income homeowners with critical home repairs, accessibility modifications and energy-efficient upgrades. Rebuilding Together’s local affiliates and nearly 100,000 volunteers complete about 10,000 rebuild projects each year. As we rebuild homes, community spaces and nonprofit facilities, our lasting impact helps to stabilize and revitalize neighborhoods across the country. We believe that everyone deserves to live in a safe and healthy home.
Supporting College Students – Marin County
Both in the office and in the field, I like to hire college students in order to help support their education and extra expenses. I have hired students ranging from 18 to 22+.
