Founder/Owner
Pav Wilkinson, CR, Associate AIA
Graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Architecture, Pav’s ability to blend contemporary style sensibilities into regional vernacular architecture has gained a reputation on both coasts.
With over 25 years of award winning experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, Pav and his team make homes safe, functional, accessible, and beautiful with innovative, cost-conscious design, quality craftsmanship and exceptional service.

Office Manager
Judianne Abramson
Judianne is a San Francisco native. She has worked in many different office environments including the travel industry and 10 years for a Bay Area law firm. In the office, she is a ‘Jane-of-all-trades’, keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently.
When not in the office, Judianne can often be found pursuing one of her many passions: cooking, writing, genealogy or attending country music concerts.
Craftsman
Juan Medina
Juan has been with the firm for eight years and is highly skilled. His talents and ability to deliver projects on time are two of the reasons we are able to provide our clients Old World craftsmanship with cutting edge technology. Prior to joining the WDC team he spent 15 years putting in new foundations and garages under homes in San Francisco and remodeling kitchens.
Juan lives in the East Bay with his wife and children.
Craftsman
Jose Pena
Jose was hired in 2010 and brought his masonry, drywall and painting skills with him from Mexico. This has resulted in many small projects staying on schedule and keeping the finish work up to our standards.
Jose lives in San Francisco with his wife and children.
Marketing Manager
Cole Pieper
Cole is a recent graduate from the University of Oregon with a degree in Marketing. Since being hired, he has helped develop and execute the marketing plan for WDC.
